Hyperprolactinaemia

Hi there,I have Hyperprolactinaemia and i have been trying to concieve for 6 years. I have been on Parlodel for 6 years now and my counts are steady at 10-12. I was wondering if you know weather or not this drug masks pregancy simptoms? I have found nothing online regarding this. I do get very early what i think is "Implantation bleeding" sometimes, it would be great to know weather it maybe a pregnacy or the drug.  I have been on and off with mulitiple fertility drugs over the years Clomid, fermara, injectables, so maybe these drugs may have messed up my so called always "regular" periods, what do you think? I try not to use them or do an IUI every month becasue i don't want to overload my body. Thanks!
