You can take FertilAid all at once or over the day. It doesn't mmatter.
I have a question about FertilAid. It says to take 3 a day. Can I take them all at once or do I need to take each one separately?
The evaluation is based on the OPK and the temperature rise. At this point it would be incorrect changing the evaluated ovulation date based on the fact that you haven't gotten your period yet. It is normal to not get a period up to 16-17 days after ovulation.
Sorry to bother you again, but af didn't come today and she always comes the morning of 14dpo, I am still getting bfn tests, so I have to have o'd on cd21. Would you please change my chart for me? I know it's not that big of a deal, but I just want to see it with the o date on CD21. Thanks :-)

Based on the positive OPK and your temperatures CD 19 is the likely ovulation day.
Dr. Amos? Have you looked at the chart yet?
Dr. Amos, I'm beginning to wonder if the o date that was originally on my chart is the correct one. I had a huge dip in temp today and I am 12dpo. I always start af on 14dpo and I usually don't get a big dip until the morning that I start (14dpo) Can you look at my chart and tell me what you think? Do you think it's possible that I'm only 10dpo and not 12dpo? Thanks for your help!! :-)
