How long does it take sperm to reach fallopian tubes?

I'm pretty sure I ovulated today, however, I woke up this morning at 2:45am (normally 6:30am) and my temp was 97.6. I went back to bed at 5:00am and woke up 6:15am and it was 98.8? And I got a positive OPK today. Does any of this make sense? And how long does it take sperm to reach the fallopian tubes?

There is always a chance of getting pregnant if you don't use protection.

It takes sperms minutes to get into the fallopian tubes but they need to be there forf at least 8-10 hours before they are ready to fertilize the egg. Taking your temperature after you got up and with less than 3-4 houirs of sleep will give you a false temperature.
