Hi i would use them like you said. Which have you got i used clearblue digital then you don't have to guess with the lines, in the pack it tells you when to start depending on the lenth of your cycle. Good luck. I have bought a fertility monitor this month so this coming cycle i will know my 6 best days instead of hoping i bd before i get the smiley face on O day. So hope this is my cycle coming. I have increased by b6 to 100mg for the rest of this cycle and during AF then going to up it to 200mg a day for the rest of the cycle. I has helped a bit so far this cycle as i would have started spotting on fri and have had nothing yet. Hope that helps. Check in with you on the other post tomorrow. Kerri

There is now a great deal of scientific knowledge about the use of nutritional supplements and their beneficial effects on both male and female fertility. These supplements can be very effective in re-balancing your hormones, as well as improving you and your partner's overall health, which are so vital for successful conception. Supplements are necessary because even the best diet in the world will not contain all the nutrients you need to give you the best chance of conceiving. A regular preconception supplement should contain at least 2 mg B6. You also should know more about what your issues are and if he has a sperm problem no matter how muchg you do it won't help overcome his sperm problems. OPKs are usually started about 5-6 days before you expect to ovulate.
