We are looking for boy names. First problem, my husband and I have a hard time agreeing on any name, second (and we do agree on this) is that boy names are really hard to find something good. I kinda wanted an M name, but couldn't find any I liked. I looked through a-f in our book and the one name that I like is Caleb and my husband likes Christian, but doesn't want him to have the nickname Chris. We know the middle name is going to be Daniel after my grandpa. So right now the top of my list is Caleb Daniel. But I was just looking for any suggestions. We want something somewhat unique since our last name is Johnson, but nothing too out there so people don't even know it's a name, if that makes sense.
We have a son with the middle name Daniel........I love it........His name is Jonathan, we call him Jon..........I am not crazy for shortened names but my dh liked it and his childhood best friend was names Jonathan Daniel.......long story but I picked it out before I knew that....so it was our first and only choice.......And we like old fashion, biblical names........All of our kids have a bible name in there somewhere if not both.........
Oh and I read somewhere that "syllable" count is important when naming........like with Daniel being two, you need a 3 or 1 syllable first name......another 2 won't sound good........I think it makes for better flow or something...........I read it on a web site or something........
Sorry I couldn't think of any M names off hand..........
My DS's middle names are McKinley & McKlain.
I like Caleb.I also like Shane,Noah,Jacob, there are so many.Iam not to sure about M names.I will look around and see if i can find something .
If you want an M for a boy.. How about Mason, Max, Michael?? I love Caleb.. That is our choice if we are going to have a boy one day. my dd#2 name is Mackenzie... Mackenzie used to be for a Boy's name in the old days.
Good luck with the name for your son to be...
I like Caleb Daniel Johnson :-)
