anyone had more than 1 c-section and preg ?

I'm not pregnant (yet) but am wondering if anyone is trying or pregnant after having 2 or more c-sections already? I know once I get pregnant I'll be high risk from my PCOS, but also from having 2 prior c-sections. And, while I'd love to have twins (am on clomid so chances are just a little higher) I know that'd put me at even higher risk.

I also have a history of PIH and preterm labor, along with an irritable uterus. I also have alot of abdominal and pelvic adhesions, making my c-sections more difficult. Somedays I feel like I'm crazy to be trying for another, from a health standpoint.

I have 4 children,one vaginal delivery and three c-sections.I also have PCOS and in my last pregnancy I started having contractions and was dilating when I was 7 months along,so I know how you feel.Tomorrow I will be 19 weeks pregnant and I have discussed this with my Dr.He told me that they have to consider me high risk but that it doesn't mean that I won't have a normal pregnancy and that every pregnancy is different.I have friends and family members who think that I am crazy for going through another pregnancy,but I have a great Dr. and everything is going well so far.
