problem pregnancy

Recently found out Im pregnant again. Have 2 boys (10 and 7) and have had 16 miscarriages :(So far HCG @ 33 days LMP was 2167            HCG @ 35 days LMP was 6000            HCG @ 41 days LMP was 25,600scan @ 33 days LMP showed a pregnancy sac in uterus and scan @ 41 days LMP showed foetal activity and a heart beat.Been having awful lower left abdominal pain and more recently severe back pain. Apparently there is a lot of activity on the left ovary and I have a back tilting womb, which is causing the pain. Scan @ 41 days LMP also seemed to pick up something else...Drs just said its nothing to worry about and they were going to do further tests, but they were whispering about fibroids.Another follow up sacn tommorrow, which will be @ 45 days LMP.Anyone have any experiance with fibroibs? and how can it affect pregancy?(Im also taking 400mg of progesterone twice daily and am 32 years old)
