24 week belly pic

Here is my baby belly at 24 weeks. Please excuse my tank top.... I realized afterward that it was one I wore in the pool at the beginning of the summer and it went kind of yellowish. ewww.. ooops... I'm starting to feel like if I get any bigger I might burst.....

Your belly looks great! I also had a feeling that my baby would come early and he did. He came two weeks early and he was 7lbs. 7oz. I can't imagine how much bigger he would be if he came later. My advice get your bag ready and leave it by your door. I helps to plan it out early for just in case. Good luck!

we started buying stuff too, just bought a car seat. i'm not too fussed about getting the room ready yet though, i'll have him in our room at least for the first couple of months while breastfeeding.

Oh my gosh Natty, I feel the same way. I feel like she is going to come early too. We ordered her furniture about a month ago and I hope it come in soon. I am getting anxious about getting her room ready.

I think that's exactly what it is Grace.. I can't shake this feeling that he's going to come early, and I want to have everything done.

Doing good Grace, how are you? I'm starting to feel really anxious. We ordered our furniture two weeks ago, and it's due to be in November 24th. It seems my mind is consumed with all the things I need/want to have done before this little guy arrives... It's all I can think about.

Jenn, in some ways it feels like yesterday! In others, it feels like a million years ago :( I used cocoa butter and shea nut butter (I'd have to microwave the cocoa butter) 2x a day. ODn't know if it made the difference as they say if you're going to get them , there's nothing you can do, but it worked for me. The only place I got stretch marks was my bbs-from being engorged! Those of you still pg, if you can, pump so you don't get 'em like i did :) Oh well, it's not horrible :)

Natty, you look so cute. I just found out that my mum only gained 4-5kgs in all of her 3 pregnancies! ofcourse she has no stretch marks.. i have some on each side of my hips but very faint. I also rubbed almond oil on my belly and boobs but forgot the sides! :-) Runner, i still love that dress.

Runner,

You're belly was perfect!! It's perfectly round, very cute. You are lucky you didn't get stretch marks. I don't have any on my belly, but I did get some on my bum... I've been using lotion like a crazy woman, and the only place I never thought to put it was my butt cheeks.... That's the only spot I have stretch marks... It really depressed me at first, but what can you do? The damage is done, no point being upset about it.. Plus it's not like they are somewhere they will be seen... Even my bathing suit covers them, so no big deal.

and at around 39 weeks (it's amazing what the body can do! I don't know how, but I luckily didn't get any stretch marks, either!)

You're funny! I like reading your posts because you're just like me when I was pg. I swore at 22 weeks that I couldn't get any bigger, and everyone was like "you just wait!!!". Seriously! I'll see if I can post some pics of me around your time and at the end to compare... I couldn't fit into an A cup before and now when I'm nursing, I'm around a C cup. Nothing fits, though! My bbs take up all of the space in my shirts!

Haha this is the first time in my life that I've actually had boobs!!! I was so excited when I went out and bought a B cup!!! But I must admit I'm glad they aren't any bigger.. I'm uncomfortable enough.

Just wait Natty! By the time you are due you will feel sooooooo round and big. At least you don't have the huge boobs to deal with...that has been my curse with my 3 pregnancies.

Thanks Fancy, and Dani.. I really feel quite large... I keep seeing women who are due around the same time as me, who are so much smaller... Dh keeps reminding me of how small I was before getting pregnant, but I still feel huge.
