Pregnancy Test Drama... Am I pregnant

Ok,I am a week late for my period. I took a CVS test and it turned positive with a blue line within the time limit. I took the second test, the next morning and it was positive but right at the time limit if not a little over. I took the EPT test. One was negative. I had no ideas what was going on so I took anothe EPT the same day it turned positive right outside the time window. Because I didn't know what to think I bought a First Response and it turned a faint positive right away this afternoon. But an hour later I took the second one just to prove to myself I was pregnant and it was negative. Am I pregnant? Is it possible to get so many false positives. I went and got a blood test but it won't get back till tomorrow and I am driving myself crazy. Anyone had the same thing?? PLEASE HELP!
