Clomid and Pregnancy

hello Dr,i am on my cycle day 3 today, had started taking Clomid 50mg frm 2 day of cycle till 5 day.i am really concern about to know how much chances of being pregnant after this mefication? what are the positive and negative side effects for this medication. Let me tell you, i got my periods 6 days late this first time in my life. Before petiods i felt lots of changes tht looks like as i m pregnant, but test shows negative. 6 day end bleeding start and it was heavy, tht night i face first time very bad pain in my vagina area that i cant explore but i was weaping frm pain till i take pain killer. today at 3 day of cycle i found small blood pieces coming out, is this because of i am taking Clomid or what?
