This is my first time posting. i'm nervous as hell, but hope I'm in the presence of good and understanding company. I'm 23 years old and I've been TTC since this March I guess, but was only able to get my IUI w/ 50mg clomid done late August. That was the only drug I used. I'm officially 14 days past possible conception and go to get my blood test done tomarrow. However, today I took a first responce test (2 of em') both were negative. i tested later in the day after my first urine which from another board I was told was a no no. I wonder if this is completly accurate or not. It said 90 something percent so you think? Anyway i've felt moist "down there", but no period and today is when it's supposed to come... I think? I praying it doesn't. i know it's unrealistic to hope w/ the first time, but i can't help it.
PS: I have no history of infertility and my tubes were completly open via HSG.

Hi everyone,

I'm still pretty new to the community boards on BabyMed, but I'm glad there's a supportive group out there. According to my chart, I O'd three days ago, but I haven't seen a significant spike in my temp yet, so I'm hoping I'll see one tomorrow....trying not to stress, but it's so hard. It's all I think about! I look forward to chatting with everyone.

Hey
I'm trying to post my chart from this cycle.
Have very sorry nipples these last few days. I'm thinking this is a clomid side effect.
Anyone else on Clomid have this symptom?

Heather - Thank you for sharing! Since my cycle seems out of wack I have too noticed some very unusual things going on. I too am experiencing the heartburn/reflux way worse than normal...it's like I have a burning lump in my throat, cramping sometimes on one side not like AF cramps because mine as usually horibble, tired, light headedness and headaches off and on (course that could be related to the wreck) & sick to my stomach. Sigh Some of the girls think I may have O'd later on CD20 which would be fabulous cause we had fun the day before so maybe there's hope! LOL I had some interesting discharge today went I went to the bathroom and one of my co workers had the same thing happen to her so I am just waiting it out to see what happens. Thank you for the hope and I hope to join you soon!!!

Jenn~ Clomis did the same thing to me....I yelled at DH one night cause he did not want to eat after he got home from work (it was after 11pm) and I told him that if I cared enough to bring him something to eat the least he could was care enough to eat it. The Clomid really messes with you...I am sorry that you had a bad night:) ~HUGS~

Heather-CONGRATS!!!!!!! We definitly cant start a new thread now until we know what happens with the others that are testing!!!!

Today I am right along with the others that are having just a bad, sad, emotional day. It started last night for me and I am sure it has to do with being on Clomid, but I just got in the worst fight with my DH, I had reason to be upset with him, but I took it wayyyyy to extreme, I was irritated but so upset at the same time, worst feeling ever, then of course today he feels so bad and I still could not be nice to him. I just have been in a way bummed out mood today also, but I think it will all be ok. :-)

Shannon~ I guess the only real symptoms have been some really odd cramping down in my lower stomach which started a day or two before AF was due, but normally with AF I have really bad cramps in my back. And then on Tuesday and again yesturday, I had tine trace of red when I went to the bathroom. Monday night I was lying bed and felt really lightheaded, like the I was going to pass out. I have felt a little sick to my stomach and heartburn last week, but looking back I think that was just nerves cause I had to go to court but I think I at the time I was hoping that it was symptoms of pregnancy. I think the only reason I even notcied the pink on the TP is because I had POAS on Monday and it was a BFN so I was being a freak about looking to see AF show up..... Good luck and dont give up!!! We need a lot more BFP this month!!!

Have you had or did you have any discharge or what your symptoms were? I am having some but am really trying not to look too much into them so I don't get my hopes up. Heather--AWESOME...CONGRATS!!!!

Amanda--My DH hasn't had any testing in 10 years, but when he was married to psycho he had 3 SA which all came back sayin he had 0 sperm. So, the did a biopsy on his balls and there was sperm there...normal counts. They were confused of why they weren't coming out cause his tubes weren't clogged and they did some kind of test to see if his tubes were deformed or never formed and they were fine. So, they told him they didn't know why but that he would MOST LIKELY never have kids. That's why I always thought it was just God protecting him from HER....they only tried 8 months...yes, ladies, 8 and she flipped out on him....Anyway, we are going on month 19. She was older than him by 11 years...Sorry to hear about your situation!!! It very hard to just relax or give up and not do OPK or temp. Even in the midst of ALL our stories I feel that we will ALL get are lil' miracles!!!!!

AGAIN, HEATHER...YIPPEE!!!!

Hey everyone,
Sorry to hear about the AF's and BFN.
I woke up early early this morning and tested and got a BFN. I went back to bed for a couple of hours until DH got home from work. When I got up I decided to test one more time because this morning when I tested the first time, I was half asleep and I think I might have missed the stick...lol. So I POAS and set it down and come out into the other part of the house and DH got home talked to him blah blah blah, then I went back to check the test and guess what!!! A BFP!!!! I have already went to my dr and had blood work, just waiting to hear from them about levels. But I wanted to post on here and tell you guys first!

I could sure you a fresh start!
I am thinking if AF comes tonight or tomorrow, that probably means I didn't O, or the 25mg of progesterone is not enough for me. I am feeling so crampy and awful right now.
Just want her to come so I can get started with the new meds.

I have pink-tinged CM this afternoon. Looks like AF may be making her entrance early! :-( That would explain the cramps yesterday and the headache today.
On to FEMARA!

Erin~ What a crazy story! Do you know what caused the docs to say DH could never have kids? I, on the other hand, have an opposite story. My DSS was conceived by DH and a [crazy - they're currently at custody mediation] baby-cougar woman 15 years older than him in a one-night stand. She was 41 at the time. Now why did she get PG in one night, and I've been trying for about 700? I can't even call her an ex, but she is on long-term disability pension for mental health issues. Anyways, it's totally unfair and I can't stand to look at her.
My mom keeps telling me to "relax and let it happen." We did that for a year - no charting, no specific timing. Just BDing when we wanted to, and it was great. We've spent 10 more months actually trying. I'm not feeling particularly *relaxed* at this point.
How do you all keep from going insane?

Thanks everyone! TTC this time has been hard on me. We didn't even try with Emma...which was a shocker since my DH was told he'd never have kids...so IMAGINE my suprise!!! I guess I just figured that we'd be spared this...that God was just protecting him from his devil 1st wife! My husband's first wife was clinically nuts and was a drug addict. She flipped out that it was taking them forever to conceive so, while my husband was deployed she got preggo by another man and then sent my hubby divorce papers to IRAQ! Anyway, that's over!!!
I have NO clue why my husband had to miss our daughters birth and the first 15 months of her life if we were never meant to have anymore. If we are meant to only have one don't you think God would've let him be here for it? Sorry for rambling...dang AF!!!
On a lighter note, I think that he missed it because we ARE meant to have more!!! I hope we get our BFP soon....and all y'all too!!!

Mack - Thank you! It helps sort out some of the frustration when other people offer their insight to what might be going on :-)

Dannygirl - How cute!! We wanted a boxer for the longest time and then came across Peaches (Fawn colored Pit) and her situation was so heartbreaking and she came just after my DH lost his Mother at 46 unexpectedly so it really helped save him in a way. She truly is her Daddy's dog but she loves me too! My mom has a cat named Bella that we named. Love it! Yeah I soooooo want to hear back from Brooke just to see what they all 3 think and would love for her to be on the same page as Jenny for a BFP this month but know it's never a guarantee so I chalk it up as fun too! :-) Kinda grasping for straws myself!

Haley ~ Sorry about the hag showing up, I hate CD 1 too.

Cristy ~ Glad your temps went back up!!! Sorry about the BFN. I agree with the others, try for a blood test. When I got pg with DD, I couldn't get a positive HPT till I was a little over 2 months pregnant.

Mel ~ YAY, your temp went back up too!! Period poos do suck don't they?!

Goodmorning,

Cristy-Sorry about the BFN, and the confusion with your temps, I agree with everyone else that it might just be better to get B/W done just to put all the questions at ease. I hope for you that it was just to early for POAS and you do get your BFP.

Dannygirl-GL at your appt today

Haley-So sorry for AF showing up, BFP hopefully will be this cycle

Mel- I hope that your temp gets higher and higher and you get your BFP,
AF needs to stay far far away.

Erin- Sorry AF came today, hopefully this cycle is your BFP.

Amanda-Its ok to vent here, that’s what we are here for!!! I hope you get some questions answered and you get your BFP.

Jessica-lets hope those temps just keep going up so you can get your BFP.

Shannon-Sorry things are so frustrating, but we are all right there with ya!!!

Hope everyone has a good day!! The weekend is almost here.

Lisa - So by the looks of it you think I may have O'd on CD20? See I thought CD16 till my temps finally started showing an increase. I am still so new to the charting game that it's frustrating more when I am/haven't been regular with my cycles. We were in a wreck on the 1st of August so we both took off on the 3rd to get in to the Chiropractor etc but we enjoying some diddling (Mel love the term!) but I think my OPK was negative that day but had been positive all weekend so maybe I still have a slight chance....from your mouth to God's ears!!

I saw the whole Kourtney Kardashian post yesterday while I was getting a Pedi after they sat a cute preggo lady next to me (which I text my DH is was just my luck!) and then on our way home we stopped at Wendy's to get dinner which ended up getting refunded because it was just too difficult for them to take an order correctly that day and there's my DH's cousin with her friend who now thinks she's pregnant because she's a week late (and on the pill) and has been so sick...girls I swear sometimes do you not feel like what you are wanting gets constantly thrown in your face? I know it's not intentional but give us a break!!

Mel - I am still hopeful for you but I know what it's like to really know your body and I am like you....if I am not preggers then bring on AF so we can get to the next cycle!!
