Eating Bland and Potty Less
Eating a diet that is easier on the intestinal tract may help to alleviate the diarrhea during pregnancy. Spicy foods and fatty foods are the top two foods that cause diarrhea. The BRAT diet is a great choice that is easy to follow. BRAT stands for bananas, rice, apples and toast. These foods are easy to digest and should cause no troubles (unless there is a food allergy).
