The male lies back on the bed, his knees at the edge of the bed and feet on the floor. The female straddles the male with her back to his face. She lowers to the penis and allows penetration. Rhythm and penetration are controlled by the female, but she may require assistance from the male if she does not have strong thigh muscles. The male can help by placing his hands just under her bottom and holding some of her body weight.
