A study was recently published in the journal Clinical Obstetrics and
Gynecology explaining the potential side effects of cocaine use on the
pregnant woman and her offspring.

 How has the legal system dealt with the problem of women’s substance abuse during pregnancy?  There is no state which criminalizes drug use during pregnancy.
