During week 2, you are not technically pregnant yet and implantation has not taken place. Conception has probably not yet occurred either. Yet, at the end of this week, ovulation usually occurs and during the last 5-6 days of the end of this week, you may get pregnant if you are trying to conceive.

Tips for this week

It is still not too early to get in your healthiest state possible. Keep following a nutritious eating plan and a prenatal vitamin regimen. Exercise is another huge benefit during pregnancy, so if you haven't started an exercise program yet, now is the time. Exercise is allowed in most cases right up until birth. Yoga and walking are perfect pregnancy exercises.
