OD/DD Day:
-21

At 37 weeks you are now considered full term. Your baby currently weighs about 6.5 lbs and is already practicing breathing inside your womb. You may notice that your vaginal discharge is now thicker and more plentiful. This is totally normal and is your body's way of lubricating the birth canal. You may also experience diarrhea during this time as your body is prepping for birth by emptying the intestines.

Tips for this week

If you haven't already, now is a good time to think about how you will feed your baby. If you are choosing to breastfeed and will need to return to work, this is a great time to learn about pumping breast milk and make the necessary preparations.

Prenatal yoga and breathing will help you greatly during delivery. We highly recommend learning (and practicing!) some breathing exercises to help you remain calm and strong during childbirth.

You are almost there! Keep up the good work!
