The BabyMed Fertility University was founded by Dr. Amos Grunebaum and his BabyMed staff to teach you about fertility, how to get pregnant, and how to improve your pregnancy chances and having a healthy baby.
The following steps you should take now to improve your chances getting pregnant and have a healthy baby:
- Get educated – Fertility 101: Learn about fertility and getting pregnant
- Go for a preconception and periconception care health visit
- Improve both of your health, be at your optimal weight and take folic acid at least 2-3 months before conception
- Stop smoking and stop alcohol or other bad habits
- Avoid toxic and other environmental contaminants
- Review your medications and supplements
- Check your health insurance
- See your ObGyn or other doctors
- Discuss egg donation

At the BabyMed Fertility University we have put together many lessons for you on"Fertility 101" so that you can learn and start finding out more about your fertility and how to improve your chances getting pregnant. And having a healthy baby.
"Fertility 101" consists of 12 lessons. It takes about 45-60 minutes to go through these lessons. You can either do them all in one sitting or at your leisure.
