Your period will not come at the end of this 4th week, though you may have noticed some slight bleeding or spotting when implantation occurred. This may be one of the earliest signs of your pregnancy. Fatigue, breast tenderness, and mood swings are also common at this point in the pregnancy.
Tips for this week
Be patient. Try to wait a few days after your missed period before taking a pregnancy test. The longer you wait, the higher the hCG (pregnancy hormone) levels will be, the more likely a pregnancy will be detected by a home pregnancy test.
