Pregnant?

I am 4 days late for my period and my husband and I have been actively trying to conceive. I was supposed to start Friday 4/20, but the day before that I took my first dose of phentermine. Could that be affecting my period? I also have been feeling very nauseous and am sensitive to smells. I tested 4/23 and it was negative. Could I still possibly be pregnant or is it the medicine messing with me? (P.S. I am NOT opposed to stopping the medicine so that I can have a baby. I have only been taking half doses for 5 days.)

Despite the negative pregnancy test, there is still a small chance that you could be pregnant:

It's unclear why you are taking phentermine, but it's not recommended when trying to get pregnant and it's unlikely to affect your period.
