I am about 4/5 weeks i had some bleeding in the early morning around 8am when i went to pee. Nothing was on my underwear at all. Had cramping off an on nothing major just mild cramping. For the rest of the day it was just spotting and only when i went to pee and wipe. The color went from dark red at 8am to brown by the end of the night could this be a misscarriage or implantation bleeding. having some spotting today only brown super super light like a dot here n there only when i wipe... did this happen to anyone what do u guys think is there hope...
