In general, after the removal of a fallopian tube for an ectopic pregnancy, there is an increased risk of another ectopic pregnancy in the other fallopian tube or the remaing tube. As soon as you know you are pregnant, let your doctor know that you are pregnant. You should then get monitored frequently and find out quickly if the pregnancy is inside the uterus or not. This is usually done with blood tests as well as a sonogram or ultrasound
