No Periods, Not Ovulating?

Q: If I don't have my periods does that mean I am not ovulating?

A: If you do not bleed for several months (amenorrhea) or if you do not have regular menstrual periods, and you are not pregnant, then the likely reason for not having your period is that you have not ovulated.
