1. Buy a razor blade that is of good quality, and don’t share it with anybody else.
  2. Use a new razor or blade for each shave
  3. Try it out any shaving cream you intend to use on a small area of your body to make sure you are not allergic to it.
  4. Start off by cutting your pubic hair shorter using a scissors with a blunt tip to prevent you from accidentally injuring your skin.
  5. Soak your pubic hair with lukewarm water first to make them softer, preferable in the shower
  6. Apply sufficient amounts of shaving cream on your pubic area.
  7. Start shaving gently, it should not hurt.
  8. Rinse the razor after several strokes to avoid hairs from accumulating on it and clogging it.
  9. After you finish shaving rinse the area carefully with warm water then dry the area with a clean towel.
  10. Apply a soothing cream or some baby oil on the shaved area to keep it moisturized and protect it against skin irritation and itching.
