The maternity checklist is one of the most important, because these items are all about the expecting woman. During pregnancy, much of the attention is focused on the fetus and proper development. The changes associated with pregnancy, both physical and mental are more than many women feel they can handle, so planning out a maternity checklist is one way they can spend time focusing on themselves if only for a few brief moments. Maternity checklists cover everything from clothing to nutrition to comfort. There are even a few must reads on the checklist to help the pregnant woman feel better about the skin she’s in.
