A: You should discuss with your doctor whether it's a good idea to continue jogging during pregnany, especially if you have any of these problems or other concerns: medical conditions including heart or lung diseases, blood conditions, thyroid problems, previous pregnancy complications, risk for a premature delivery, a placenta previa, high blood pressure, uterine bleeding, or other problems. When exercising, make sure you do not become overheated, that you drink enough fluids, and be sure to stop if you don't feel well.
