You want to do the best to get pregnant and have a healthy baby. But the more you read, the more you get confused.

There are many false and unsupported beliefs about fertility and pregnancy, some are myths and others are presumptions. But what is the difference between a myth and a presumption? • A myth is a belief that persists despite evidence to the contrary
  • A presumption is a belief that exists without any supporting scientific evidence
