Reese Witherspoon, 36, has given birth to a healthy baby boy. This is Reese's third child, and first with new husband Jim Toth.
The baby was born on Thursday September 27th, according to Reese's rep who broke the news to PEOPLE. The star's birth announcement read: "Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today. Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled."
Reese and Jim were married in March 2011 and have been vocal ever since about their desire to have children. Though Reese was reportedly admitted to the hospital in August for fear of premature delivery, it appears Tennessee decided make his big entrance on time. His name is speculated to be a nod to the place where Reese grew up, Nashville, Tennessee.
