The rumor mill is in full force when it comes to watching the baby bumps on Angelina Jolie's possibly pregnant belly.
In January of 2006, People magazine reported Angelina Jolie was pregnant - again in January of 2008 OK Magazine dropped the pregnancy bomb (and this time twins) - now just four months after the birth of the twins there is a baby bump and everyone is talking about it. Is Angelina Jolie pregnant? Is Angelina Jolie not pregnant? Is Angelina Jolie trying to get pregnant because of the rumors that Jennifer Anniston is trying to have a baby? These are the most trivial questions in Hollywood today.
Angelina Jolie met long term partner, Brad Pitt, on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith. The movie was a hit, but the effects of their on screen romance was not so wonderful for Jennifer Anniston (Brad Pitt's wife at the time). Jolie swept Brad off his feet and into the baby making station where they popped out the three Jolie-Pitt babies to date. This new rumor has started after interviews with both Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt with the couple both stating they wanted more kids in the future. With 6 kids in the house already, the stars may not be able to continue making movies if she gets pregnant again and again and they continue making kids.
Angelina Jolie did not start out in Hollywood as the motherly type. In her first movie, "Lookin' to Get Out" from 1982, she played alongside her father John Voight. The movie was touted as "Simply Awful" by many fans. After the initial break into Hollywood, Jolie took the cult world by storm with her rendition of a famous computer Hacker in Hackers. With a tomboy haircut and sultry look, every man knew they wanted her and many men did. The two most notable men in her life before Brad Pitt and the subsequent rumored pregnancies, were Jonny Lee Miller (a co-actor in Hackers) and Billy Bob Thornton. Both marriages ended in divorce and she ended up in the arms of a married man that every woman wanted.
It is without a doubt that the Angelina Jolie - Brad Pitt pairing was perfect from the get go. Two of the most beautiful people on earth would have to make beautiful babies, so maybe that is why they continue carry pregnancy after pregnancy. No one will ever truly know. One thing is for certain, Brad Pitt once said he wanted to have a dozen children and in a recent interview he stated that Angelina is more beautiful today than ever before - it looks like there may be a few more "Angelina Jolie is pregnant again!" stories left to come.
Despite the rumor mills and the behind the back talking, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are two people who are in love and want lots of babies. While both have openly talked about how tiring the parenting process is, there is little doubt there will be more Jolie-Pitt babies joining us in the near future.
