When trying to improve fertility, foods rich in protein and full-fat dairy are important. This breakfast delight packs quite a punch in both areas. When creating this morning fertility recipe, it is important to use full-fat Greek yogurt.
- Greek yogurt
- Walnuts, toasted
- In a skillet over medium heat, toast walnuts until they are golden brown and aromatic.
- In a parfait glass, place about 3/4 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt in the bottom. Cover the yogurt with honey and then spoon in another 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt.
- Top with more honey and toasted walnuts.
